POSTAGE INFORMATION:

• When sending large bulky items, like Radiators or Grilles we will use a freight company. Anything else will be sent via Australia Post.

• We can send items direct to your door, however depot collection is available at a cheaper rate.

​FREIGHT INSURANCE:

• Although all due care is taken when packaging your items for postage, insurance is highly recommended for fragile items such as Grilles.  

•  These prices only apply to items sent via courier. Australia Post items will be quoted without insurance unless requested.

Insurance can be purchased at an additional cost.

• For an additional fee of $1.10, we can offer you up to $50.00 cover, with no excess

• For an additional fee of $5.50, we can offer you up to $100.00 cover, with no excess

• For an additional fee of $16.50, we can offer you up to $250.00 cover, with no excess

• For an additional fee of $27.50, we can offer you up to $500.00 cover, with $50.00 excess

• For an additional fee of $44.00, we can offer you up to $1000.00 cover, with $50.00 excess

 **Please note, if you choose not to take up the indemnity option we have no liability for loss or damage to your goods.
   An indemnity is a form of limited compensation for loss or damage to your goods whilst in the care of the freight company.**

Express Post & Parcel Orders need to be in by NO later than 12pm Mon - Fri to make the same day post
